edit: the title has been now changed bc people are upset over russia not being in europe. this is an age-old question we could discuss for hours, and end up in different answers depending on how we would approach it, cultural historically, politically, geographically and so on. you are obviously welcome to keep discussing this, but to bring some peace to all i have now changed the title from european to non-north american. thank you for your co-operation.

NOTE! I was under the impression that the German spoken in Switzerland is German. Apparently it's so different it might as well be another language. I was not aware of this, and didn't specify, I just figured it was a very strong accent. Pardon to those offended.

NOTE! Sebastian was actually born in city of Rauma but moved to Oulu when he was two months old and by watching a lot of his interviews, I've come to understand he considers himself to be Oulu native. Since this video is also about languages and he also speaks in Oulu dialect, I chose to put Oulu as his hometown here though factually it would be Rauma. Sorry for the confusion!
