Hello! I'm MINORO. My friend who lives in Moscow, Russia took a video there. Moscow is the capital of the Russian Federation. As a federal city, it is one of the 83 federal constituents that make up the federal state on its own, and is also the capital of the surrounding Moscow Oblast. It is a world city with a population of approximately 12.68 million. Winter in Moscow starts from December to February, but snow can start by the end of November and melting in the middle of April.
