Rabi-Ribi weird item

Strange item at the westmost room of Exotic Laboratory. I cannot seem to find any information regarding this; not only does it not have a name, the music when getting the item is also different than usual, the item respawns every time you leave the room and come back, and if you get this item, a Healh Up potion located nearby will glitch and you will not be able to grab it unless you refresh the save.
Also worth noting is that apparently the PS4 version of the game does not have the item, instead there is a wall and a message saying TBA (if I recall correctly).
Has anyone noticed anything different after grabbing this item, or do you know if it has any kind of effect on the game?
