Some context for this video:

1. In the peaceful Edo Period (1603 - 1868), citizens of Edo (the old name of Tokyo) were told the time by the ring of a bell.

2. During the late 17th century, the fifth Shogun was diehard-committed to people and animal welfare. Among his many new policies was to save stray dogs. He built a dog shed as big as over 500,000 square meters to rescue and shelter over 100,000 dogs. As samurai were like public officers during this peaceful time, it is assumed that low-ranked samurai were assigned to the job of chasing and catching these dogs 😂.

いっと　いず　さむうぇあ　いん　ゆあ　すかい　おーるぞう　ゆー　きゃのっと　しー　いっとなう。
It is somewhere in your sky although you cannot see it now.
