Very Crispy Crunchy Fried Fish | English Style Easy Fried Fish Fillets | Foodzone by MAWM

This tasty #Friedfish recipe is made with a basic combination of flour and seasonings, however you would love the simplicity of this dish. The fillets fry up crispy & delicious from outside and remains juicy from inside. Be careful not to overcook the thin #Fishfillets or burn the crispy coating so that you can enjoy the taste & crunch at the fullest. Please give a thumbsup if you like my recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

Fish Fillets 1 kg (boneless fish)

(Seasonings)
Salt sprinkle to taste
Pepper sprinkle to taste
Garlic powder sprinkle to taste

(Coating)
All purpose flour (maida) 1/2 cup

(Batter)
All purpose flour (maida) 1 cup / 130 gm
Corn starch / flour 1/2 cup / 65 gm
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Black salt 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Water as needed

(Frying)
Clarified butter (ghee) as needed

Note:
Use SALT & CHILIES according to taste
Use CLARIFIED BUTTER (GHEE) for deep frying to obtain the best results of crunch
Instead of ghee cooking oil can also be used for deep frying
