**Online source for plastic bottles: http://www.containerstore.com/

Directions:

Select and prepare the container for your shower oils. Plastic containers are safe for shower use and will not shatter like glass if dropped. A pump top dispenser allows you to dispense even amount of the shower oils each time you use them, however, a squeeze bottle would also work well. If you're preparing both the morning and evening versions of the shower oils you may want to consider labeling the containers to distinguish between the two. I used 1" vinyl press-on letters from the office supply store and positioned them on the bottles, using the plastic bottle's side seam to line up the letters.

Morning Shower Oil

To fill an 8 ounce plastic container combine 1/3 cup of fractionated coconut oil, 1/3 cup of avocado oil and 1/3 cup of sweet almond in one container. Add in four drops of spearmint essential oil and 4 drops of grapefruit essential oil. Stir to combine and pour into your prepared container using a small plastic funnel.

Evening Shower Oil

To fill an 8 ounce plastic container combine 1/3 cup of fractionated coconut oil, 1/3 cup of avocado oil and 1/3 cup of sweet almond in one container. Add in four to six drops of bergamot essential oil. Stir to combine and pour into your prepared container using a small plastic funnel.

Shower Spray

To prevent your shower tiles from becoming slippery consider making this daily spray to keep your shower clean and safe
1 cup distilled water
½ cup distilled white vinegar
1 tablespoon dish detergent
6-10 drops tea tree essential oil

Combine all of the ingredients and pour into a spray bottle using a small plastic funnel. Spray onto shower tiles after each use and rinse clean.

Helpful Tips

• Research alternative essential oils online to discover other combinations that will refresh and
wake you up in the morning or calm and relax you in the evening.
