In this video I share my experience of how pollinators came into my small space balcony container garden attracted to plants that I grew for reasons other than to attract them and how easy it is to grow these plants even for a brand new gardener.

I grew basil to harvest it's leaves , mustard to get rid of the root knot nematodes and sunn hemp as a cover crop, however all 3 attracted bees in abundance much to my delight.

Once the bees know your address, they help in pollinating all the plants that need assistance and this has especially helped me with all of my vining plants( melons, cucumbers , luffa ) which are difficult to access in my small space garden along with tomatoes and peppers .

For those living in Mumbai, I got the sunn hemp seeds from Namdeo Umaji Agro at Byculla.
