Grilled Jerk Chicken ( Masterbuilt 560 Gravity Series )

Jerk chicken, marinaded in a jerk marinade the rubbed in a Jerk rubbed.


Marinade:

2 bundles green onions
4 cloves garlic
2 Habaneros or Scotch Bonets
2 Limes
4 Tbsp Grapeseed Oil (Avocado or Olive works)
1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Dark Brown Sugar 
3 Tsp Allspice
6 Sprigs or 1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Cinnamon 
2 Tsp Maldon Flake Salt 

Blend it up thinning with water if needed.

Jerk Rub:

1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tsp cayenne pepper
2 Tsp onion powder
2 Tsp thyme
2 Tsp dried parsley
2 Tsp turbinado sugar
2 Tsp maldon flake salt
1 Tsp paprika
1 Tsp allspice
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1/2 Tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 Tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 Tsp cinnamon
