2013 KTM 350 XC-F Rebuild Timelapse

Описание к видео 2013 KTM 350 XC-F Rebuild Timelapse

This 2013 KTM 350 XC-F is a bike that I purchased in January of 2019 with 62 hours on it. At 128 hours, I felt it was time to put a top end in the bike and give it an overall refresh to ensure she lives a long, happy life. My clutch had also been sticking a little bit the entire time I owned the bike, so I opted to put new OEM clutch steels and fibers in as well as give it a bleed. My last XC race blew both of my fork seals and my shock needed a refresher too, so I took my suspension to Deja Moto while I tore into the engine. A week later she came back to life, with a fresh pair of tires ready to tackle offroad from Shinko as well as fresh custom graphics and a seat cover by DeCal Works.

At the time of upload I've got 6 hours on the bike since the rebuild and she is running great. Hope you enjoy the little bit of singletrack at the end there... One of my favorite trails of all time.

Huge thanks to the people and companies that made this build possible. Links to everyone that helped are provided below. Feel free to reach out in the comments or message me on Instagram @kincadep if you have any questions about the build.

Comments: This man can craft beats of practically any genre with ease... Very impressed with his ability to listen to the need to create a certain "feel" and make a beat that matches that exactly. Check him out.

Comments: The guys at DeCal Works are friendly, responsive, and just as stoked on your bike as you are. I've had a great experience working with them and their graphics are the best quality I've seen. The custom kit on this bike came out so much better than I have could have imagined. The seat cover also tied this build together so well and the ribbed gripper cover is an upgrade from stock for sure.

Tires by Shinko Tires

Comments: These are my favorite offroad tires I've ever run. I've been using Shinkos for my last 2 sets of tires prior to these, and they hook up so well in the rocky terrain we have here in Montana. They're so predictable and planted. They're also damn easy to install on an 18" rear, which is super nice. I've been impressed with how many rides I can get out of them too. Would recommend.

Scissor Lift by Redline Engineering

Comments: The Redline Engineering scissor lift stand made re-assembly so painless. The frame was secure and I didn't have to wrestle pieces around or balance them precariously. I was also able to work at the appropriate height for each task. With 2 other roommates we also pack a lot into a small garage, so being able to roll a torn apart bike across the garage was awesome. Not really possible on a box stand. I was amazed at how stable it is even if the bike is weighted heavily to one end.

Comments: Mike is a hell of a guy who really knows his stuff! Always happy to have him rebuild my forks and my shock.
