Ingredients:
1 cup Falsay (Phalsa)
1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black salt
2 cups cold water
Ice cubes (optional)
-Soda

Instructions:
1. Wash the Falsay thoroughly and remove any stems.
2. In a blender, add the Falsay, sugar, black salt and a little water.
3. Blend until you get a smooth mixture.
4. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or muslin cloth to remove the seeds and pulp.
5. Add the remaining cold water to the strained juice and mix well.
6. Pour the sharbat into glasses, add Soda and ice cubes if desired.
7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
