We visited ‘The Ecstasy Shop’ in the Netherlands 💊

Ok so there’s no actual MDMA inside…

But it imagines a world where the drug is regulated and what that might look like

Machteld, the director of Poppi drugs museum, gave Clodagh and Freddie a tour around the 3 different concepts. There's a smart shop, a pharmacy and even a club (peep Freddie's dance moves 👀)!

Each interactive display raises different questions about marketing, dosage and thresholds. The public are encouraged to give feedback which will be used to help inform policy development going forward.

The exhibition was crowdfunded with the purpose of engaging and educating the public about drugs and drug policy.
