We had an order to cook chicken biryani for 30 people so we decided to film the process of making such a large pot of food. Scaling up the normal chicken biryani recipe (   • Making Everyone’s Favourite, Chicken ...  ) is relatively easy, with just a few tweaks - but it does take some practice to become confident with such large quantities of food!
Not a recipe but more a demonstration of how it is done.
