I am a student at Frederick Community College and a video intern with the A/V Department of The City of Frederick. I had the privilege of creating this video from footage of the first high wheel bicycle race that was held recently in Frederick, Maryland. Historic Frederick, the second largest city in Maryland and a city totally dedicated to the Arts was a perfect choice to host this event, which may be the only one of its kind anywhere in the country. I did not attend this event but after viewing the many video clips, I feel as though I had. After viewing this video, I hope you'll feel the same.
