Moms and Dads need a little extra boost to help them remain healthy when the kiddos bring their germs home. In this 20 minute flow, Jocelyn takes you through a an easy, all level yoga flow designed to support a healthy immune system. Try this one as often as you can during the winter cold and flu season.

Benefits:
Gentle inversions help improve circulation of blood and lymph nodes from the lower part of the body toward the heart.
Poses with the arms over head help improve circulation of blood and lymph nodes from the upper body toward the heart.
Twisting and rolling spinal movements help drain abdominal and spinal lymph nodes.
Standing poses strengthen the leg muscles and improve circulation in the legs.
Deep breathing is both detoxifying and massages the abdominal blood vessels and lymph nodes to improve circulation.
Props:
You will want a yoga block or bolster if you have it. Otherwise you can substitute several toss cushions. All props will be demonstrated in the video.
