This breathwork session involves 30 fast breaths, followed by an empty lungs breath hold. This breathing protocol has been popularized by Wim Hof and those in the cold exposure space. It's an excellent way to reset your nervous system and has been shown to improve the alkalinity of our bodies.

This session will comprise of 3 rounds, all with 1 minute breath holds.
