Welcome to Week 3 of my Alternate Day Fasting (ADF) journey!
This week was definitely a bit different – life threw some unexpected things my way including a colonoscopy and endoscopy, so fasting wasn’t my main focus. But that’s the reality of long-term health journeys: not every week goes perfectly, and that’s okay.

I’m sharing these vlogs to keep things real—no filters, just the ups and downs of trying to lose weight, stay healthy, and juggle real life.

I’m based in Brisbane, Australia and I’m using alternate day fasting as part of my weight loss journey, while also working side hustles like UberEats and DoorDash to help pay down bills and save for my dream trip to Las Vegas ✈️🎰
