This video will show you how to cook Chicken wings with oyster sauce(Chinese Recipe)
Easy and simple recipe.

Ingredients:
.chicken wings
.oyster sauce
.garlic
.ginger
.potato starch
.pepper
.dark soya sauce
.light soya sauce

Procedure:
Seasoning the chicken wings put pepper,light soya sauce,dark soya sauce,potato starch
Marinate for atleast 1hr.
Heat the pan with vegetable oil put the garlic
Sautee the ginger until soft and fragrant
Add the chicken wings,
Cover for 8 mins
Add oyster sauce and potato starch
