Step by step making and sterilization tissue culture media for my monstera albo node.

Recipe:

400 ml distilled water
3.5 g agar
15 g sugar
1.136 murashige skoog
0.25ml kinetin
Fill up to 500ml distilled water
PH meter test to 5.8 (hydroponic up and down)

This is my first ever attempt this is for one node for the second node I’ll be using the following to see which works better
(Cutting this in half)
Full MS (approx. 4.54 g/L)
30 g/L sucrose
7.0 g/L agar
1.0 mg/L BAP
0.1 mg/LIBA
adjust pH to 5.7
sterilize in autoclave or pressure cooker at 15 PSI for 15 - 20
minutes
