This Happens to Every White Belt when Rolling with Coaches in BJJ

In today's video I answer a question from a White Belt about a situation that I think happens with just about every BJJ White Belt when they roll with higher belts or coaches.

When you watch the video think back to whether or not you had this experience early on in your Brazilian Jiu-jitsu training. And if you're a newer practitioner then think about whether or not it still happens.
