With a setup like this, we have two higher points on the east and west sides that come down and converge creating a really low valley. Deer will follow this from/to bedding as you ridges and saddles for the them.

Looking at this, you have a natural pinch point that is created, one of the caveats to hunting something like this would be at the bottom wind is going to swirl. So for this you would want to pick a side of the ridge with the wind and then hunt the mornings. Hunting the mornings would be crucial as the wind, combined with the thermals will take your scent up the hill.
