In this video we continue work on Frank, my animatronic Halloween prop, Slowly bringing him to “life” for the display.

We tackle wiring all the servos to the main control board, debug some early issues, and build a custom container for the electronics. Along the way, I add finishing touches: the black hood, fake nose, leather straps, an internal LED effect, and an amp for the speaker so he can scream.

There’s programming, testing, and fine-tuning to get the animation running smoothly, plus a peek at audio editing and a quick mail time at the end.

This is a hands-on look at animatronic prop building, electronics, and Halloween DIY fun — all part of prepping for the big display.
