Gerry Lopez "Something Fishy" Review - The Surfboard Guide

Описание к видео Gerry Lopez "Something Fishy" Review - The Surfboard Guide

Welcome to the review of the Something Fishy by Gerry Lopez x Surftech, which I have been riding in the stock 5'10 x 21 1/2 x 2 1/2 - 38.3L

We check out the FCS AM quads in this review - if you would like to buy a set, please use our link to let FCS know that independent surfboard reviews help support your decision making - https://bit.ly/3eEOvP2

I've been riding the Something Fishy across a variety of conditions, but primarily got it for small little running waves, but what surprised me was the performance of the Something Fishy in bigger and better surf.

From www.surftech.com:

Back in the early 1970s, Steve Lis created a surfboard design that has endured through the decades and is as valid today as it was almost 50 years ago. The Fish design has gone through just about every permutation and probably most shapers.

The Something Fishy is a blend of the old template and Gerry's take on rails, bottom shape, and rocker. We like how it works and, if you are a Fish lover, we think you might too.

In the something Fishy, I rode the AM quad set by FCS -

Designed to fit the FCS II Fin System.
Performance boards with deep concaves and moderate-to-extreme rocker.
