Very sad news came late last night. The passing of the writer and illustrator of Berserk, Sensei Kentaro Miura has passed away. Berserk is a beloved manga, anime, video game series, and more to millions of fans across the world.

Dr. Kentaro Miura, the author of "Berserk", passed away on May 6, 2021 due to acute aortic dissection. We would like to express our utmost respect and gratitude to Dr. Miura's painting work and pray for his soul.

In light of the unfortunate news of Kentaro Miura's passing, something important to relay is to not expect new Berserk products from Prime 1 for quite some time.

It is tradition in these situations that there is no advertisement / promotion of products related to the author's work, and right now is a time that many are mourning.

So please, for now try to give Prime 1 some respect and space, as this hits as hard for them as on the Berserk fanbase.

And most importantly, please take care of yourselves and be kind to each other.
