Скачать или смотреть June 6 2012 NYPD Cop Shine Flashlight at Cameras in order to Block Documentation of Arrest

Filmed June 6, 2012, 9.05pm. Waverly Place & Broadway, NYC. One person in a red scarf and white trousers walks across the street, and promptly gets arrested. During the arrest a cop (shown in the red arrow) applies pressure by placing his knee on the person being arrested. While he is doing this he takes his flashlight and shines it into lenses of several cameras in the crowd presumably to interfere with documentation of the arrest. This video was prompted by a complaint by luke rudowski. In his crappy video he made he complained of cops shining a light into his camera while he was filming.
