🇮🇹 Passo Stalle: remarkable one-way road from Austria to Italy

Passo Stella is a truly special place and an exceptional driving experience. The spectacle begins well before the saddle on the Austrian side, when you turn west off the 108. A beautiful road with an amazing surface through the mountain villages begins. If you start early in the morning, you will have the road to yourself, even in the summer season.

The exit to Italy works as a shuttle due to the narrowness of the road. This means that at 0-15 minutes every hour, cars drive down from Austria to Italy, and at 30-45 minutes they climb from Italy to Austria.

The road is narrow, but pleasant, with a great surface, full of beautiful curves and, initially, views. It's not a speed test as much as it is a relaxing, adventurous ride.
