莫扎特為小提琴、中提琴而作的降B大調二重奏，K424，作於1783年
本曲共3個樂章：

1.序奏慢板，降B大調，轉主部快板，降B大調，奏鳴曲式。第一主題由小提琴奏出後，經過句中有復弦奏法輕快的連奏，加入顫音、附點與分散和弦。轉入F大調後，第二主題先由小提琴，再由中提琴，再由小提琴呈示，結尾句也由小提琴奏不同的主題。發展部以呈示部最後的音型始，自F大調起，轉入降號調系的各大小調繼續發展。此部分前半部有優美的插句，後半部則有16分音符音型的卡農，再現部是主調呈示部素材的反复。
2.如歌的行板，降E大調，開頭旋律與海頓的《降B大調二重奏》同，全曲可分成兩部分，後半部是將前半部主題裝飾而成。
3.優美的行板，降B大調，主題與6個變奏。主題由階進下行的前半部與階進下行的後半部形成，第一變奏是小提琴將主題分割成三連音符，中提琴輔助。第二變奏以卡農模仿附點節奏。第三變奏小提琴作16分音符進行，中提琴應和。第四變奏是第三變奏的樂器交換。第五變奏兩種樂器互相輔助進行。第六變奏速度改為小快板，主題加入休止符小提琴表現，兩件樂器同時出現大幅度跳躍。這個變奏之後再進入快板的主題變奏，開始的2/3由小提琴以16分音符呈示，其餘由中提琴續完
