This week I went down memory lane as one of my mentors asked me to list some of the milestones since opening my business for an event I'm speaking at.⁣
⁣
I stumbled upon all the photos and videos from that special weekend and legit cried, actually sobbed⁣
⁣
Why was it so special?⁣
⁣
Well, for starters, when @Nike launched plus size gear I did a photoshoot. This shoot became my own personal vision board for one of my biggest dreams - to model for Nike⁣
⁣
I kept putting it out there.⁣
I kept talking about it.⁣
I kept sharing that dream⁣
⁣
Just like I talked about in this week's video - the importance of having goals and also putting them out there⁣
⁣
And not only did I get to model for Nike, but about 30 of our community members got to as well. ⁣
⁣
Nike also gifted everyone their gear that they wore that day⁣
⁣
Some days I get overwhelmed owning a business, not having an income and working pretty much around the clock and I wonder on the hard days what keeps me going….⁣
⁣
This is one of those reasons. ⁣
⁣
This community isn't just about fitness⁣
⁣
It's about a better life - body, mind and soul⁣
⁣
It's about helping women step outside of their comfort zones⁣
⁣
Falling in love with themselves⁣
⁣
Living their best damn life⁣
⁣
Being confident⁣
⁣
Being Strong⁣
⁣
Knowing love- love from others, and love from one's self⁣
⁣
This is my why⁣
⁣
This is all why I wake up every morning and teach, talk and do all that I do⁣
⁣
Your life is deserving of everything you want in it - and I want to help you go get it⁣
⁣
So today, I'm taking a moment of silence to celebrate all that’s happened in the last several years since I gave birth to this 'baby'. ⁣
⁣
Sometimes I forget the things that have happened and we've accomplished together because I'm so caught up on what I need to do next on my to do list. ⁣
⁣
