As a developing technology Web3 offers us the opportunity to build & design using our imagination. We have an opportunity within Web3 to cultivate a culture of inclusivity that can grow within the ecosystem.

How can we use accessible design to create web apps that a wider range of people can use? How can we be thoughtful in the language we use to make sure our DAO's, communities, tech teams are inclusive for Women, LGBTQ, and BIPOC?

Kyronne will be discussing common barriers to diversity and inclusion, accessible design and, how we can be allies, hold space for one another & acknowledge intersectionality.

Importantly diversity & inclusion isn't a zero sum game, it encourages us to be accepting of each other's unique perspectives and experiences. When we do this it creates a space for better problem solving, more innovation, and better performing teams as a whole.

Kyronne has worked in the charity sector on programs supporting marginalised people into tech roles. What Kyronne have seen is that when people feel included, feel valued, and are given the tools they can realise their potential.
