Hello,
I wanted to talk about an important aspect about our eyes and brain. It is called macular carotenoids. Macular degeneration happens to our eyes where the retina and its connected elements get affected. This is a common problem found in the age group of 50 and above and is on the rise in the last 7 or 8 years.
Secondly absent-mindedness especially for the women happens when your brain degenerates. 2 out of 3 are women who are affected by this problem.
Both these issues can be rectified through healthy food habits.
You can avoid macular degeneration if you include these four foods in your diet.
#1. Carrots are good for your eyes. We have been told about this fact for ages. Especially in this era where we use a lot of e-devices and phones which affects our eyes, included at least two carrots in your diet once in every two days.
#2. Sweet Potato is also a food that is rich in macular carotenoids. There are a lot of other components in it, but to put it simple, it is rich in macular carotenoids.
#3. Papaya, a fruit which everyone knows its importance but do not know the reasons why it is good. As per the research 100gms of papaya every day or at least once in two days will do wonders for your eyes and brain.
Similarly, Pumpkin especially the white one is good for your health. Pumpkin juice in the morning can be the best way to include, but can be taken in any form as you like. It keeps your eyes and brain healthy. Additionally, white pumpkin keeps your blood’s alkalinity levels at normal. Blood can become more acidic which leads to many problems. Your blood’s PH should be alkaline at all times.
These four foods can keep your eyes and brain healthy, especially the women. Although it works the same for both women and men, but women are the most affected and 2 out of 3 are women who suffer from absent-mindedness.
