EFFORTLESS PIEROGIES AND SAUSAGE FULL OF FLAVOR

These Pierogies and Polish Sausage is one of our family's favorite go-to meals at any time of the year. Crispy edges around smooth, fluffy mashed potatoes and cheese. Is anyone else drooling yet?

INGREDIENTS:

1 Medium Sized Onion Chopped
4 Polish Sausage Chopped Bite Size
1 Pack of Frozen Pierogies (I used mashed potatoes and cheese)
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Steak and Chop Blend (I used Urban Accents Chicago Steak and Chop Mix)
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon Oil for the pan

METHOD:

Heat a large pan and add oil.
Add the chopped onions.
Sprinkle salt,steak spice,and sugar.
Saute about 5 minutes on medium heat.
Add sausage and cook another 5 to 7 minutes until both sides of the sausage have a nice sear but not burned.Move the cooked sausage and onions to the side of the pan, and add the pierogies. Cook until both sides have a nice golden brown crisp look to them.
Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Cook for about 3 minutes so the flavors are incorporated.
Turn off heat, serve with sour cream, and ENJOY!
