Ingredients
Rice -2cups
Fenugreek seeds-1 tspn
Coconut -1/2 cup
Water as required
Salt to taste
Oil/ghee

Method

1. Take rice and wash thoroughly for 2-3 times. Add fresh water, add fenugreek seeds and soak overnight.
2. Add 1 cup water and grind to a fine paste. Transfer into a large bowl, add water, check the consistency of the batter add salt and mix till well combined.
3. Heat a pan.
4. Apply some oil/ghee and grease the pan . Drizzle the batter and spread it evenly to make a thin layer. Cover and cook on medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Drizzle ghee and fold the dosa in a triangle. Arrange on a serving plate.
5. Serve with coconut chutney or sambar.
