About Santosh Phad:

Santosh founded Thinksharp Foundation with the vision “To bridge the rural-urban education divide”. He works towards improving the quality of education in rural Govt. schools in India by giving them access to better educational infrastructure and resources.

He finished his schooling, graduation and post-graduation in B.E (Comp) & MBA from rural, semi urban & urban institutes. He has total work experience of 10+ years in the financial sector. He is very much aware about challenges one faces in rural education due to his first-hand experience of the system.

He has received many awards such as Digital Trail Blazer by India Today, HP India & KPMG, Karmveer Chakra by United Nations and REX, Top 100 Social Innovator by CSR Day and many others.
