Note: This one is an absolute gem in Meshuggah's catalogue. I could compare it to a soundtrack, with the first, heavy and brutal half of it representing the death of the universe we know, and the second half being the birth of a new one. But that just what my imagination creates when I hear this song. I can say for sure that it's pretty rare for Meshuggah to put such meaningful melodies and harmony in their songs. But when they do, I dare to think there is a whole new universe being born somewhere. Beautiful.
In summary, this is one of my favourite music pieces ever, both to play and to listen to. I hope you enjoy the cover!
