Ingredients:
500ml Filter Water
4 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Tamarind

Instructions:
In a saucepan, add water, sugar, and tamarind. Stirring occasionally until sugar dissolve and water has changed its colour.
Strain the mixture and transfer the liquid into a clean bottle.
Store the bottle in a warm place for 1-2 days. This will allow the natural fermentation process to turn the liquid into a fizzy fruit soda.
Once fermented, chill the soda in the fridge. Serve cold for a refreshing drink.

Sweet and Tangy Gol Gappa Water Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh Mint
1-inch piece Ginger
1-2 Green chilies
1/4 Fresh cup Coriander
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/4 tsp Black pepper
2 cups Water
400ml Tamarind / Imli fruit soda (from the recipe above)

Instructions:
In a blender, combine mint, ginger, green chilies, coriander, salt, and red chili powder. Blend until you get a smooth paste.
To the blended herb mixture, add cumin powder and black pepper.
Pour the herb paste into 3 cups of water and mix well.
Strain the mixture to remove any solid bits, leaving just the spiced water.
Add imli / tamarind fruit soda into the spiced water.
Serve immediately with gol gappas!
