One overarching theme throughout the entirety of Alan's story is the Dark Place and how it forces him to confront aspects of his own personality. One after another. In's todays video we will examine the most recent of these. The events surrounding the 81st annual Deerfest puts Alan up against the self-indulgent fantasy of a self-obsessed writer. Himself.

But this isn't just horror for him to confront an aspect of himself. It also invites us to look into the mirror and examine ourselves in the same light. What would our own personnel Deerfest look like?
