⭐️연어크림치즈파스타⭐️
- 연어를 큼지막히 잘라 소금후추 간을 해준 후 10분 봐준다
- 양파 반개와 마늘 4개를 다져준다
- 끓는 물에 소금 넣고 펜네 파스타를 삶아준다
- 올리브유를 뿌리고 연어를 양쪽으로 튀겨준 후 팬에서 꺼낸다
- 같은 팬에 양파와 마늘을 볶는다
- 레몬즙1T를 넣어준 후 센불로 레몬즙을 걸러내준다
- 토마토 페이스트1T와 크림치즈 2T를 넣고 섞어준다
- 면수 한국자와 치킨스톡 약간 넣어 준 후에 잘 볶아준다
- 시금치를 올려 볶아준 후 마무리 해준다
- 파스타 위에 연어와 소스를 올려주고 같이 먹으면 환상

⭐️Salmon Cream Cheese Pasta⭐️
- Cut salmon into large pieces, season with salt and pepper, and leave it aside for 10 minutes
- mince half an onion and four cloves of garlic
- Put salt in boiling water and cook the penne pasta
- Sprinkle olive oil and fry salmon on both sides and remove from pan
- Stir-fry onions and garlic in the same pan
- Add 1T of lemon juice and filter out the lemon juice over high heat
- Add 1T of tomato paste and 2T of cream cheese and mix
- Add a little bit of pasta water and chicken stock and stir-fry it well
- Stir-fry spinach on top and you're done!
- Put salmon and sauce on top of pasta and eat it together.
