DIM----Diindolylmethane🥦🥦 and Estrogen

3,3’-Diindolylmethane (DIM)-bio-active compound found in cruciferous vegetables, such as bok choy, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, kale, broccoli and radishes.

60% of DIM is derived from the unstable phytochemical indole-3-carbinol.

Anti-cancer benefits may come from:
**increased metabolism of estrogen
