Cabbage (500gms)
Cauliflower(100gms)
Carrot(100gms)
Capsicum (1 small)
Paneer ( 100 gms)

Veggies for sauce
Capsicum (Red, Yellow)(1)
Spring onion ( half cup)
Spring onion greens

Flour ( 4 tbsp)
Cornflour(4 tbsp)
Ginger Garlic ( 2tbsp)
Salt ( 1.5 tsp)
Pepper ( 1 tsp)
Soya Sauce ( 2 tsp)
Aromat Powder ( 1 tbsp)
Tomato Ketchup ( 2 tbsp)
Vinegar (1 tsp)
Red chilli ( 1 tsp)
Hot Oil ( 1 tbsp)
Oil for frying
