The Ghoul, or originally, Ghúl, was an Arabian variation of the Jinn (Genie) that would hunt and trick travelers and prey, before consuming them.
It's changed very much over the centuries, in Europe and modern times to resemble something Undead, spooky and Necro-carnivorous.
Don't worry I sent all the monsters that came to my house, Oct 31st home mostly in one pieces.
