Ultimate Oil Change Upgrades for the 4Runner Part I (5th Gen - 2010 to 2021)

This video is for the 4Runners and FJ Cruisers that have the 1GR-FE 4.0L V6 Engine with the cartridge style oil filter. Utilizing a Metal Oil Filter Housing from the Toyota Camry, our LFD Off Road Skids, a Fumoto Oil Drain Valve, and handy tools from MotivX Tools; we are going to make changing the oil on our 2015 Toyota 4Runner much faster, easier, and cleaner!!!

Do yourself a favor - Don't over tighten the filter assembly or its drain plate. Just go till snug.
