The University of Michigan Sound Support Team's mission is to improve the quality and timeliness of care for children who are deaf and hard of hearing, including diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of hearing loss.

This series of presentations are a response from our patients and families that want to learn more about hearing loss, speech and language development, educational issues and updates in technology. This webinar will explain what Auditory Verbal Therapy is, who it can benefit, what it involves and why it’s different from traditional speech and language therapy.
