Here are the documents/checklist for Visitor/Super visa

FROM APPLICANT

• Copy of passport pages for all the persons applying for visa (only pages showing passport number, date of issue and expiry, photo, name, date and place of birth)
• If you have travel history-provide observation pages of current and previous/expired passport
• For residents of Pakistan or Afghanistan please include a copy of all pages of your current and
previous passports including the biographic information page and National ID proof-front and
back page
• Marriage certificate if applicable
• Birth certificate of children-if applicable
• Proof of financial support (bank statements/balance certificate, FD, Any other liquid funds-
stocks-bonds, Insurance policies-surrender values)
• Proof of establishment-Property valuation report of residential/agriculture land as applicable
• Proof of income- tax returns for last 3 years– If retired and on pension then details and
documents to be provided
• If currently employed, provide employment letter/offer letter, salary slips and no objection
certificate
• If the applicant is a student, provide a bonafide certificate and school/college ID from the college or
university
• Proof of relationship with the sponsor- Birth certificate
• Digital Photograph (35*45mm, white background, 80% face cover, .jpg/.jpeg format)


FROM SPONSOR/S IN CANADA

• Photocopy of current immigration document for yourself and each family member (Citizenship Card, Canadian passport, PR Card, Work Permit or Study Permit)
• Marriage certificate if applicable
• Proof of relationship with the applicant- Birth certificate
• Employment letter from employer stating the title, job description and salary and recent 3 pay stubs
• If self-employed, a letter from an accountant confirming your annual income or business proof
registration as applicable
• Proof of funds-latest three months bank statement
• Notice of Assessment or T4 Statement for most recent year
• Proof of address on any utility bill, rent agreement, or tax bill
Additional requirement for SUPER VISA
• Proof of medical insurance coverage for one year with a Canadian insurance company of $100,000.00 CAD (copy of the insurance certificate or policy) for both parents

Note:
• All documents are professionally coloured scans of original documents.
• Do not send mobile scans or photographs.
• Any documents which are not in English or French, provide an English translation with the notary.
