LVD means "Low voltage disconnect".
Two types depending on application.
When used for load it is called LLVD "Load low voltage disconnect".
When used for Battery Bank it called BLVD "Battery low voltage disconnect".
These terms mostly used in telecom cell site. These contractors used in SMPS. Mostly the operating voltage is 48V DC. The set points for LLVD is 44V dc & for BLVD is 42V dc.
