"INGREDIENTS"
-Oil 1/2 cup (تیل)
-Cloves 3-4 (لونگ)
-pepper corn 5-6 (کالی مرچ)
-Cinnamon stick 2-3 (دال چینی)
-Mace 2 (جاوتری)
-Green cardamom 2 ( ہری الاچئ)
-Large size onion cut into slices
-Bay leaf 2 (تیز پتہ)
-Mutton 500g
-Ginger garlic paste 1& 1/2 tsp (ادرک لہسن)
-Salt 1 tsp (نمک)
-Black pepper 1 tsp (کالی مرچ)
-All species 1/2 tsp (گرم مصالہ)
-Coriander powder 1 tbsp (دھنیا)
-Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp (زیرہ)
-Green chilli paste 5-6
-Yougurt 200g (دہی)
-Water 2 cup or as required
