Meal 1: Coriander water along with 5 Brazil nuts
Meal 2: Aloo chaat
Meal 3: Any Fruit (Except Mango, Banana, Chikkoo, as well as Grapes)
Meal 4: A bowl of mixed vegetable Sabzi, a cup of Salad (NO SALT) and a cup of Curd wheat bran roti, no cruciferous veg
Meal 5: Handful roasted makhana (no salt, no fat) 1 cup milk tea (low fat no sugar)
Meal 6: Ginger turmeric tea
Meal 7: Garlic sauteed veggies
Meal 8: Chamomile Tea
Day 2
Meal 1:Coriander water along with 5 soaked Almonds
Meal 2: Oats in milk
Meal 3: Any Fruit (Except Mango, Banana, Chikkoo, as well as Grapes)
Meal 4: Black channa curry and wheat bran roti with a cup of curd
Meal 5:Handful roasted makhana (no salt, no fat) 1 cup milk tea (low fat no sugar)
Meal 6: Ginger turmeric tea
Meal 7 : Sauted Vegetables with Cooked Dal (Dal like urad, Arhar, Moong Dal) without Tadka
Meal 8: Chamomile Tea
Day 3
Meal 1 Coriander water along with 5 Brazil nuts
Meal 2 Besan Cheela with Mint Chutney (Add 50% Bran)
Meal 3: Any Fruit (Except Mango, Banana, Chikkoo, as well as Grapes)
Meal 4 Moong dal, wheat bran roti and Curd
Meal 5 Roasted Black Chana ( No salt)
Meal 6: Ginger turmeric tea
Meal 7 Any green veg ( Carrot, Beans, Mushroom , bell pepper) salad (no salt)

Day 4

Meal 2 Mix fruit bowl and sprinkle some chia seeds
Meal 3: Any Fruit (Except Mango, Banana, Chikkoo, as well as Grapes)

Meal 5 Seed Mixture ( Flax Seeds/ Pumpkin Seeds/Sunflower seeds/Sesame seeds
