In this Facebook Live from our Milton Grove Road location, Laurie Yost (Owner of Playful Pups Retreat) shares how our team ensures that every dog in our care stays safe, secure, and happy during their stay.

In this video, Laurie and her canine friend Mosha demonstrate:
🐾 Proper leash handling techniques used by our trained team members
🐾 Our daily wellness checks that monitor each dog’s health and comfort
🐾 The importance of having a pet first aid kit and emergency plan—both at home and in a pet care facility

Laurie also discusses the importance of ongoing education, sharing that she, along with Nykole and Brenna, will be attending a Pet First Aid & CPR class at Tranquil Tails Wellness Center this November. Their goal: to keep their skills sharp and their commitment to pet safety stronger than ever.
