Ingredients:
1 Red Onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp Natural Apple Cider Vinegar (or wine vinegar/lemon juice)
1/2 tsp Honey or Sugar
1/2 Baked or Boiled Chicken Breast, diced
1 Sweet Bell Pepper, diced
1.75 oz (50g) Walnuts, chopped
1 Can Tender Canned Beans, drained
1-2 Cloves Garlic, minced
Fresh Parsley or Cilantro, chopped
3 tbsp Olive Oil (or other healthy vegetable oil)
Salt to taste

Instructions:
