The Umukuka of Bamasaba, His Highness Jude Mike Mudoma, has announced plans to establish a radio station owned by Inzu Ya Masaba, aimed at promoting effective communication within the Bugisu region.
The Umukuka says the proposed station will preserve and promote the Bamasaba culture and traditions, which are increasingly under threat from Western influences.
