Stalin and Chris Champigny for refusing to forgive the late fees for a parking ticket when they have the capability to do so. The lady with the parking ticket (theft) had six kids sharing a cheeseburger. When AFA revealed the reason for our re-visit, Maquisha Alleyne starting laughing like it's some kind of joke.
