This action-packed video takes you from the marshy wetlands outside the city, where we stalk some of the most colorful and challenging duck species, to the vibrant streets of Mazatlan for the world-famous Carnival celebration.

Our main targets are the stunning teal trio - the green-winged, blue-winged, and cinnamon teal. With their blazing fast flight and erratic maneuvers, these birds test our wingshooting skills to the limit.
Let's not forget the unique northern shoveler, a duck species known for its massive spatula-shaped bill. Watching these quirky birds skim the water's surface and vacuum up food is something most waterfowl hunters have seen, but we the numbers you can see in Mexico are impressive!
With our duck straps bulging, we head into Mazatlan for Carnival - a weeklong event featuring incredible music, dancing, costumes, and parties that you simply have to experience. The streets come alive with a thunderous energy as crowds of revelers celebrate this colorful cultural tradition.
